- coordination of companies involved at various level in the execution of the works
- supervision of orders for supplies of materials, service and utility, in respect of the timescales and of the qualitative standards
- optimization of estimated bills of quantities, contracts, special tender specifications, etc
- advice and support on the tax deductions which companies may benefit from, in building construction, in plant engineering and in energy efficiency
