DGcert Evaluation is a certification service for the estimate of the property drawn up based on the “Guidelines for the evaluation of the properties” issued by the Italian Banking Association (ABI), by UNI 11612: 2015 and the International Evaluation Standard ( IVS).

The certification document is authenticated by a qualified technician.

The evaluation examines all the intrinsic and extrinsic characteristics of the property and reliably determines its market value, also following the comparable trades purchased in the last year.

DGcert Assessments regards civil homes with a surface area of ​​up to 200 m2 and commercial, industrial and touristic properties with an area of ​​up to 400 m2.

If your property does not fall into the types listed above, send us your request by filling out the contact form and we will provide you with a personalized offer that you can buy online.

The DGcert Evaluations service includes:

  1. market analysis and finding comparable trades in the last year;
  2. photogrammetric survey with context analysis;
  3. cadastral framework with map issued by the Territory Office of the Revenue Agency;
  4. property evaluation with the IVS (International Evaluation Standard);
  5. Price estimate with the massive data (real estate market observatory, real estate exchange, etc.).

After the order has been placed, one of our representatives, responsible for your paperwork, will send you an e-mail with the authorization form to be signed and the list of documents that you will need to provide us to proceed.

As soon as we have received all the requested documents, we will send you a confirmation email.

Delivery methods:

The documentation is prepared after we have received all the requested documents, then they will be digitally signed and sent to the e-mail or pec address indicated during registration.

Necessary documentation:

To obtain the DGcert Evaluation, you must own the plan of the current state of the property signed by a qualified technician and a copy of the building permit, or a copy of the DGcert Home or  DGcert Commercial service that you have previously purchased that certifies the regularity of the property or identifies any urban and cadastral problems.
