The project involved the enhancement of a prestigious house with an area of 200 square meters in Piazza di Spagna with the transformation into an accommodation facility.
In addition to the first step, in which we assisted the customer in the buying and selling phase, we took care of the following activities: feasibility study, planning of the overall renovation, administrative procedures (cadastral, town planning, construction, energy, sanitation and food), site management with a “turnkey” formula.
